Job description： 1、Lead and follow World Class Manufacturing(WCM) development planning as WCM champion 作为WCM的组织者，引导和跟进公司WCM的发展规划 2、Assist to develop a fundamental lean manufacturing system that provides for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of waste协助发展建立一个能持续改进，强调缺陷预防及减少浪费的基础精益生产体系 3、Assist to conduct and track annual WCM improvement plan 协助组织和推进公司的年度WCM实施计划 4、Conduct assessment for WCM operating system per Mafact requirements by internal or external auditor resource, and take actions for continual improvement组织内部或外部资源定期对公司WCM的运作依据Mafact进行评价，并持续改进 5、To montior the overall performance of WCM operating system and report to top management监控WCM运作绩效并定期向管理层汇报 6、 Conduct training regarding Lean concept and tools 组织有关精益生产理念及工具应用的培训 7、Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee Norms遵守所有公司相关的政策，程序，员工手册及员工宪章 8、Perform other duties as required 履行其他需要的职责 Essential background requirement 基本背景要求 1) Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 工业工程或相关工科专业，本科学历 2)5 years or above operations or lean management related experience.5年或以上营运或精益改善相关方面的工作经验 3) 3 years or above related managerial experience in manufacturing setting. 3年或以上在制造业相关管理经验 Essential experience and professional skill requirement基本技能及工作经验要求 1) Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing management, eg. TPS.精通精益生产及管理知识，如TPS 2) Strong knowledge and practice of Lean tools, eg.
